Fish Burgers
What you Need
- Salmon, tuna, crab, cod or haddock all make a tasty Omega-3 rich alternative to beef
- One egg
- ¼ breadcrumbs
- Salt, pepper and any other spices you’d like to try
Ultra Easy Directions
You can use tuna or crab directly from the package, but cook the salmon, cod or haddock first. Mash fish with a fork and then add egg, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper to taste. If you’d like to experiment with flavor, you can also try adding dill, horseradish, lemon juice or Dijon mustard. Make fish mixture into patties and cook for about 10 minutes in a large skillet, turning once.
