Salmon Fingers
What you Need
- Salmon Filet
- Flour
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
Ultra Easy Directions
Cut a salmon filet into large chunks. Set up three wide-mouthed bowls. Place flour in the first, beat two eggs in the second and breadcrumbs in the thirds. Dip and coat each salmon piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Place on a slightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for roughly five minutes a side.
